Jordan Harrison, Reality Changers Jordan Harrison is a professional speaker, educator, and international youth development specialist born in Chicago. He currently serves as the Senior of Directors at Reality Changers. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University. His dedication and hard work earned him a prestigious fellowship at Harvard University, where he earned a Master's Degree in Education. Jordan continues his work in transforming lives, communities, and the world with messages to encourage others to dream big and exercise the discipline to execute. He works closely with refugees and hopes to teach and empower them to reach their full potential and take advantage of the opportunities they are given. |

Kathryn McKinney, Alliance for African Assistance Katherine graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a major in Child Development and has been building upon her academic foundation, specifically in the non-profit sector. Her focuses are primarily child advocacy and the advancement of educational opportunities for children in developing countries. She has lived in San Diego for most of her life, but has had incredible opportunities and experiences doing both short and long term volunteer work in places such as Nigeria, Tanzania, Burundi, and Thailand. Katherine brings an excellent knowledge and understanding of how to effectively communicate with our younger refugees. |
Patricia Wakhusama, The Nile Sisters
Patricia Wakhusama is a Peace and Justice graduate with a demonstrated history working in the higher education industry and criminal justice system in Kenya. She is skilled academically and professionally in conflict analysis, Program design monitoring and evaluation, restorative justice practices, mediation and is a research professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Peace and justice from the University of San Diego, Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. She now works at the Nile Sisters, one of our partner organizations. Patricia strives to help refugee youth, especially young girls, pursue their passions and empower them with the education, opportunities, and encouragement they need to prosper.
